Each additional person in the suite will be $30.00 extra.
Children under 18 stay with Parents in same room.

Persons under 18 years of age are not to stay without an adult.

Please note the following rates and policies of your stay and cancellation policies.

Cold weather plug in $10.00 per night per vehicle

No Smoking B&B – If policy is breached within a bedroom a cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged to the credit card on file..

NO PETS – If you decide to forget you have a pet when making the reservation and show up with one or bringing it into our B&B without our knowledge we reserve the right to refuse your room to you with no refund plus charge $300 cleaning fee for the room.  We are sorry to having to be so strict but trough bad experiences we were forced to implement this policy. We have and love pets.

Check in / Out times

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM until 11:59 PM (late arrivals please advice us)
Check-out time is 11:00 AM

Any extension to the check out time, either pre-arranged or as a late departure, may incur a charge of $15.00 per hour upon departure.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival would be charged a cancellation charge of the first night stay.

 96 Hours of arrival from May 15 – Sept 15.  

Cancellations made during will attract a 100% charge of the remaining stay. 

No Shows will be charged 100% of the total stay. No Refunds.
